Eligibility for Refund:
100% Refund: We offer a full (100%) refund on unopened items returned in their original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
50% Refund (Dissatisfaction): If you are dissatisfied with an unused product, you may return it for a 50% refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). The item must be returned in its original condition, and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping:
For returns due to dissatisfaction (as outlined in the 50% refund policy), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring your return shipment.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact our customer support team at customercare@mydnaturals.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions and a return address if applicable.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
